HIWIN s.r.o. in Brno changes its ownership structure and fully integrates into the Group structure. As a result of the change in ownership structure, the German HIWIN GmbH, based in Offenburg, now becomes 100% owner. With the new ownership, the company will develop faster and attract more investments, technical support will be increased and part of the production of linear technology products for the Eastern markets will be transferred to the Czech Republic. The change in ownership will not affect the existing management and management organisation.
"With the change of ownership, we are fully integrated into the global HIWIN Group structure," comments Ing. Pavel Cach, Managing Director and CEO of HIWIN s.r.o., and adds: "This change will bring not only further development of the company, but also faster access to new products and technologies as well as to important information and Group know-how."
Complete consulting services for the change of ownership structure were provided by the professional consulting firm Invisory s.r.o. headed by Marek Tichý. The legal part of the transaction was handled by Havel & Partners.
