Our DATORKER® strain wave gear – tailor-made for your connection
We develop our DATORKER® products with a clear goal in mind: maximum precision, compact designs and a wide range of customisation options. This allows us to tailor each solution precisely to the individual requirements of our customers. Whether in highly dynamic tool changers, robot axes, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, packaging machines or medical technology – for example in dental milling machines or surgical robots – each application has its own requirements. That is precisely why we design our strain wave gears to be as flexible as possible.
A key feature of our DATORKER® is the wide selection of powerful series and versatile customisation options. Our standard DSC/DSH series offers proven strain wave gear solutions for a wide range of applications. The heavy-duty DGC/DGH series offers a 30% increase in torque and up to 30% longer service life with the same dimensions.
Our various input shafts form the appropriate interface between the DATORKER® strain wave gear and your connection. The Oldham coupling compensates for radial shaft misalignment, while the hollow shaft allows media to pass through. The solid shaft is suitable for connection via belt and pulley, for example, while the particularly flat input shaft ensures an extremely compact design. The rigid input shaft made from a single component allows direct motor mounting, and quick installation reduces assembly times to a minimum.
Thanks to the wide variety of our DATORKER® products, numerous other types and customer-specific adaptations outside our standard portfolio are also possible – from simple changes to the input shaft diameter to the complete redevelopment of a gearbox.
